Hello everyone. I was wondering how many coupons, etc. everyone gets, as well as on board credits? I will start.

We get: $50.00 captains club credit (On board credit)
$150.00 per cabin credit from the captains club magazine coupon
$200.00 stockholders credit.(On board credit)

Lets hear from everyone. Maybe it will help others get something more off.

I have no stock, or credit, or well, much of anything, but out of curiosity, what is the stock symbol for Celebrity?

Don't forget the booking a future cruise while onboard credit and the TA's reduction of their commission perk. :)

Hello !

If you want to be a shareholder in Celebrity, you would need to purchase shares of Royal Caribbean Intl, which owns Celebrity. As mentioned previously, the ticker symbol is RCI, and trades on the New York Stock Exchange.

In order to get the shareholder onboard credit, you must own a minimum of 100 shares of Royal Caribbean.

I hope that answers your questions.

Regards,
Andy

Just curious, how did you get the $50 captain's club onboard credit? Hadn't heard about this before.

Thats a credit for the old $35 fee they used to charge to join the Captains Club.

CaribbeanBound,

You said, "Thats a credit for the old $35 fee they used to charge to join the Captains Club".

I don't understand that. I paid the $35 (think it was $25 then) fee to join and I've never received any on board credit because of it. What am I missing?

The $50.00 was a one-time credit for the payment of the Captain's club membership. We haven't been on Celebrity since 2002 and they gave it to us when we called them.

The $150.00 credit was for the coupon in the magazine.

The stock credit was for 100 shares of stock. You can use this credit for EVERY cruise you take on Celebrity as long as you own the stock.

How many weeks in advance of your cruise can you buy the stock and still get the credit. If I buy the stock the end of next week and we are sailing on the 13th of Aug will that be ok.. Figure with 4 cruises planned for the next 18 months, would bet back 700 in shipboard credit alone. Also, hw do I go about getting thr credit....

If I paid the $35 fee to join the Captain's Club, I can call them and ask for a one time $50 on-board credit? Will that reduce my Captain's Club status and /or perks in any way?
