We have less than an hour till the 3 PM Banner Wave and the boards seem to be giving me a really hard time this afternoon. If they are acting up in the next 45 minutes I may just save the pictures and post them later. I will try to post them to this thread as it is happening but it may not work.:o

Just checking to see if I can post. I couldn't on my roll call. Hopefully it will be working for the wave. At least we can still watch it from the cam.

The San Diego Cam web site is not running a whole lot faster than CC  But the picture is nice and clear.;)

I like it that the word "wave" shows up well.

Isn't this just the second week with the banner? It seems to be attracting more people to the wave ritual than in recent weeks.
We'll have nearly thirty on board next week. If we all show up for the wave they might need a wider ship. :)

Bill we should have well over 20 for our week as well
Here's a picture of them still talking, I took several other pictures to save but the boards are so slow I did not want to attempt while trying to get the pictures. I guess thes Hans was expecting them for them banner (Beverage Manager) because Mr.de Boer was in a meeting.

It's great to see the banner out again! I noticed that after taking it in they are signing it! I can't believe the ship is leaving without me...I want to go back!

BTW, I just want to say that it works great being able to talk to someone while they are out there to tell them when to wave and then I refresh the pictures to capture everyone waving. I am really glad that i have this handsfree Bluetooth. It worked extremely well in typing refreshing and talking on the phone:D

Here is one last picture. Bill said everyone had signed it from this week as well. We will have quite the collection of signatures. My DH asked last night what happens when we fill up the back with signatures:confused: :D

The white signing cloth is approx 6 ft x almost 4 ft, so it should take lots of signatures. If it gets nearly full, I guess, I'll just have to force myself to take another cruise on the Big O to add more space!!:p

San Diego is fading in the darkness.
We are right in the middle of the picture. We all had a great time talking about the ship and signed the banner.
Bill was on the phone with Lisa coordinating the whole thing. Tomorrow we have our get together at 11.
As for the beautiful weather, while clear, it was 40 this morning and about 55-60 when we sailed.
If my Verizon connection holds out, I will try to post photos tomorrow.
