Onshore Excursions problem

I have tried on many occasions to sign up for shore excursions ONLINE with HAL and get the same message: Cannot process your request at this time. I have called HAL - and had a customer service agent register me for 1 excursion. Anyone else having this problem:confused:

It could be too far out for them to be on line yet. You have about months to go. That happened to me early on. Just keep trying and one day, they'll magically appear! ;)

The Shore Excursions bookings won't open until you get close to the sail date - last time we sailed (NOV 2006) the bookings window opened for shore excursions in August 2006.

I signed up in mid-February for mid-July Zaandam/Alaska shore excursions with no problem. As it will be our first time with HAL (and only our second cruise), I was pleased that it worked easily.

I had it working easily months ago, but I tried to add something recently and I had problems so I had to call ship services.

I tried about a week ago and got the same message. I had been on the site more than a month ago and it worked then. I just tried yesterday and it was working again. Very annoying.

I signed up and paid for all my shore excursions for my 5/26 Oosterdam to Alaska over 3 months ago. No problems at all, and many choices to choose from.

I had the same problem last year when booking our excursions. It was hit and miss each time I would hit the submit button. I just stuck with it and finally they would go through. I found I had more problems using Firefox than when I used Explorer.

I keep telling you guys that HAL and CC alternate servers and no one believes me........
