Sailing in about 3 weeks--first time on HAL on the Zuiderdam.
Any shows or entertainment that are not to "be missed"?

Julie Barr ... if she's onboard. Funny commediene. If she does a late night, adults-only show ... go to that too. It's a real hoot, and believe me, it's not all that raunchy.

I don't know if he's onboard now but Joel Mason was fantastic. I'm not much for the shows & it was just by chance that we went but he did a wonderful Elton John show.:)

Is there a way one could find out if she will be on a particular cruise? Ship services maybe?

The production show "Stage and Screen" that is onboard the Zuiderdam is one of my favorites! :)

Is there a way one could find out if she will be on a particular cruise? Ship services maybe?
I'm not sure, to be honest with you. But, if anyone can help you, I would imagine it would be them.
I know Julie goes on various ships throughout the HAL fleet, but she also performs on land too. I searched for a website through Google, but only came up with her booking agency ... and no information on her schedule there.
I know I was very disappointed on my Amsterdam cruise last October. Julie had been on the ship two weeks prior, but had disembarked prior to my cruise. And I was really looking forward to seeing her again.
