Hi danbo - we are also going to be on this cruise - we are on Vancouver Island. Also in our 70's. If you go to roll call there is a thread for this cruise but it isn't very active. One couple - from Maple Ridge I think - who are celebrating their 50th on the cruise. would be nice to meet some other folks onboard.

May parents are going on this cruise also. They live in Vancouver and love the idea of getting to travel to Hawaii without having to fly. They celebrated 50 years of marriage last June so now, since they have some extra time on their hands (my dad only works 4 days a week now!) they're starting to enjoy the longer cruising experience.

They've travelled with Princess, RCL and Celebrity in the past. I'm hoping they will fall in love with HAL as they've always found something about the other lines that was not to their liking.
