I will be travelling on Zuiderdam at the end of the month. I read that you are not allowed to iron clothes in your room and that Zuiderdam does not have ironing facilities in the laundry room. What is one to do??

Thanks,
Phil

Send your wrinkled clothes to the ship's laundry for pressing.

You can also take Downy Wrinkle-Free spray to use on clothes only mildly wrinkled. It works very well.

You could bring a steamer. The travel one I have works very well.

You are on vacation though......send the wrinkled things out for pressing. The prices are not all that high.

When you pack, try rolling your clothes. I saw this on one of those reality TV shows one year and gave it a try, it works, wrinkles were just about non-existent when I unpacked. You can also hang your clothes in the bathroom while you shower, the steam can take out the few wrinkles you have.

Iron your clothes before you leave, pack by either rolling or folding NEATLY. When you get to your cabin unpack and hang your items. Then the night before wearing spray with Downy-wrinkle release and hang the item in the bathroom where the shower steam will help with the remainder of the wrinkles. This has worked for me many times in Europe as they do not put irons in the rooms and getting one can be tough.

I always roll my clothes, and use the Downey wrinkle-release and shower steam. Forearm ironing works pretty well for me!
