can someone please post the recipe again (or point me to the thread with the recipe) for the Parmesean Encrusted Chicken? The search feature is not bringing it up for me.

Enjoy! I made this last week and it was wonderful! I think the panko breadcrumbs make it!

The panko breadcrumbs do make the difference I think also! It was delicious!

The parmesan encrusted chicken breasts were not on either of our 2 recent Maasdam cruises. It was replaced with a chicken breast split in 2 and filled with procuitto and mozarella cheese.

Thank goodness we have the recipe so we can all get our fix if they're dropping it from the menu!

We had them February 16, the last night of our cruise. That was on a 10 day Noordam cruise.

Here's a recent picture of the dish for those who like to have visual accompaniments with their recipes. This was from the Veendam last week. There was a 30 minute wait due to its popularity.

Chicken is one of those things that I eat, but wouldn't overeat.
I LOVE! this dish! :D Thought I wouldn't, but was I ever wrong. Yum.

I never got to taste this dish on the ship because I ordered plain grilled salmon the last night and didn't know this chicken was so popular. Now, I have the recipe and will have to make it one day. Looks delcious. Thanks for that picture.

Just had the Parmesan Chicken last night at our final dinner on the Volendam. It was delicious!

Everyone raved about the Beef Wellington which was on the menu one night last week -- our tablemates said it was the best beef dish on the cruise.
