For all you chocoholics out there (myself included), which ship has the best or greatest selection of chocolate desserts? I'm talking about on a regular basis -- not just the chocolate buffets. Just wonderin'!

On Celebrity's Summit they have sacher torte, which is a chocolate cake with lots of thin layers separated by apricot jam, and the whole thing is coated with a chocolate glaze. I still dream about it and it's been 2 years. Hopefully they'll have it on my second time around.

In January when we were on Celebrity's Zenith they made us chocolate soufflé. It was a special request so they prepared it on the next to last night. I suppose they not want 50 more special requests.

Dmarch, who did you as to have the special chocolate soufle made for you? The chef, mater D <sp> or someone else?

I wouldn't know who to ask for something special like that.

Seabourn 3 chocolate creme brulee to die for. Can put a standing order in with maitre'd for every evening if you like. Just ask and they do their best to accomodate.:)

I agree, Coolmama! I enjoyed it on our cruise earlier this month. It is a wonderfully rich chocolate mousse that I won't soon forget- not too sweet, not overwhelmingly rich, just very, very good.

In the RCCL Chops restaurant they have a chocolate dessert, I think it's called mud pie, but it has a toffee layer in a chocolate mousse on a chocolate crust that is sooooo yummy. I diet just to be able to order the dessert. YUM
