Treadmills in the Spa.......

Anyone know if there are "sign up" sheets on the treadmills to reserve a particular time to use one?

Are they usually used that much that one cannot simply show up and hope to find one available for use?

We've never had a problem getting a treadmill. There's never been a "sign up" sheet or a reservation process. Lots of recumbent bikes, etc., to use if you need to wait for a treadmill, but I don't think you'll have a problem.

I think in the old days, there used to be "sign up" sheets. But over the last few years I haven't seen one. The other thing I used to see was a posted sign that limited time, say for maybe 20 or 30 minutes. Again, when I was in there no one was waiting in line to use it so I stayed on it for as long as I wanted it.
