I have read that Virgin Gorda celebrates Carnivale (not the cruiseline) on Easter Monday.

We are only in Tortola from 7am - 12pm. Does this give us enough time to go to Virgin Gorda?

If you are only in from 7 till 12 you would not be able to go to VG. The ferry schedule doesn't work in your favor and there really isn't enough time.
