We are flying into Miami International airport and we are staying overnight at Miami beach. Anyone know of any hotels that offer free shuttle service to Port Everglades from Miami?

NONE!
The hotels do not have the time to drive passengers from Miami to Port Everglades.
They would lose money because of it being free and then of course, no one is riding back in the shuttle - another loss of money.
The distance between the two areas is cost prohibitive.

I don't know what your preference is in terms of hotels, but the Comfor Suites has a free shuttle service to the port in Miami and to DFW in Dallas. We found one for $8 from South Beach to Miami port online though.

I think it would be worth checking out. We did the opposite in November. We flew in to Ft Lauderdale but sailed out of Miami. Our hotel in Ft Lauderdale had shuttle service (we had to pay something like $15-$20 per person) to the port in Miami.
You may look into calling a shuttle service that you look up online...OR...you could rent a car for the day and drive up to the port (or to the FLL airport and then taxi over to the port).

As the distance between Miami and Port Everglades is about 45 minutes drive, no one provides a free shuttle. However, one or two hotels add the price of a shuttle onto their room rate as a "package".
More info on this can be found on the Florida Departures board.

Taxi is about $80 plus tip depending upon traffic.
