I put in the info for a pre requst hoping to find information on a price and I think I booked an excursion without knowing the price or details on the excursion. Can any one tell me anything I'm freaking out. How could they book it without my credit card number.

If you did book it, they will send you a confirmation e-mail and you can cancel it. I think you could wait and cancel it as late as 2 days before the excursion. As for not having your credit card, they would charge it to your cabin onboard. So, don't sweat it - it can be fixed if you did book it.

I am interested anyway. I guess I will just call shor excursion dept. in the morning. Are you going on the dawn? I see a lot of questions you ask are about the same ports of call. I will be traveling on the dawn on September 19 with my husband and two year old son. I think I saw a picture of your baby. What a cutie!

Just got back today from the Dawn. We traveled with 4 children and 2 more adults - 4 1/2, 4, almost 3 and 4 months. I don't think I posted a picture of the baby but she is a cutie :-). Anyway, if you want to know anything about the Dawn post it here and I will try to help you.

Also, I noticed you asking questions somewhere about Disney. We go there several times a year if you want to know anything specific about it for your son's age. We have been taking ours since - well he's already been there 6 times and he's only 4.

I was on the Dawn last year and had a great time. I traveled when my son was fifteen months old. Can you tell me if the charge for juice after breakfast for the kids I can't rmember because my son was not really into juice last year. Otherwise I will pack some juice boxes and dillute with water. I have been to Disney World several times but never with my son. Can you give me any good tips on th Magic Kingdom rides? Do you think he will have a good time? He is an easy going child for the most part.

You could get juice at some meals for no extra charge. My son is big into lemonade right now so I brought a canister of the powder and a rubbermaid 2 qt container. Just mixed it up and kept in fridge. It was nice because it wasn't heavy and didn't take up much room.

Do you think I should look into the drink card for him. All he drinks is juice and soy milk. I may have to pack some soy milk to. Has mild case of asthma and have run into problems with cow's milk.

I think your son will have a blast at Disney World. Since you will have limited time with the shore excursion to the Magic Kingdom - be sure to have a plan in place so you don't waste time looking at the map and jumping back and forth across the park to do so. A good source for info on traveling with toddlers to WDW is www.allears.net . They have terrific info on the parks. If it is all too overwhelming - I have been there so many times we have our own game plan to get the most in as possible.
The Dawn did offer a shore excurion with the ticket prices included. If you want to save money, get the tickets yourself and just take the transportation only excurison. It was $109 for the one with the tickets or somewhere around $40 for just the bus. Tickets can be purchased at any Disney Store ahead of time so you don't waste time with tickets. I think you can even buy them at www.waltdisneyworld.com . Not sure of the one day park price as we have annual passes.
