what a time my son and i had! from the bus ride to the port and as we saw the ships hearing "What A Wonderful World" played on the bus to the final breakfast with our dinner mates whom we bonded with, this was a vacation to remember. i forgot all about work for 4 unbelievable nights aboard a truely amazing ship with kind and friendly staff. i would do it again in a heartbeat and can't wait to go again.

What's a banana head? I googled "banana head" and I'm hoping like crazy it has nothing to do with the urban dictionary meaning. Not on a Disney Cruise!

A Banana Head is the name of a group of about 65 people(including me) who met on line, on another board and this board and cruised together last November. It was a crazy fun group and one man keep posting these crazy dancing bananas when he would post. They were so funny that soon we were all posting them, so we named our group the dancing banana heads.
We all had matching shirts to wear the first day of the cruise. They had a dancing banana head on them carrying a piece of luggage with the mickey logo on it as he was running to catch the ship. The ladies wore tiaras. We were quite a site in the terminal and on the ship.
Anyway we had a huge meet on board and ran into each other all week and became very good friends. Several of us are going to cruise together next November and even more of us are cruising together in November 08.
That is what a banana head is.
If you join us on either of those cruises you will become a banana head too.
we even had our own singing group for Karoake. wives volunteered their husbands, we called them Tiara Bob and the Dreamboats. It was hilarious!!

WHEW!!! I can't tell you what a relief it is to hear that!
We're hoping to cruise in Feb 08 on Disney. Maybe if you add another reunion for that month we'll join you. I LOVE to volunteer my husband for things. ;) :D
