I was browsing through the news archieves on the easycruise website. There's a August 21, 2006 announcement of a franchise agreement with none other than Louis plc, owner of the now infamous Sea Diamond. It looks like the agreement for Easycruise's newbuilds involved Louis. I have to say at this point if I were running easycruise I'd have to think twice about that deal.
Personally I'd like to see easycruise with a new ship out of the US (they've talked about Bahamas cruises out of florida) but I don't think I'd trust a Louis run ship right now.
