How long before shore excursions released

Hi all

How long out are shore excursions usually released?

Since we booked in Feb every port has been available except Lisbon, Casablanca and Dakar.

From looking at Google Earth we'll most likely walk into Lisbon as it only looks like it's a couple of kilometres (if we can get off early enough) but possibly a booked tour will enable us to see more. For Casablanca I've approached Abdel Hamid as recommended on the boards. Dakar though will definitely be through HAL but it's May and there are no excursions available.

I am surprised that Lisbon doesn't have anything listed yet. As for Casablanca and Dakar -- those ports are visited a lot and so HAL may be still working out the vender details. On a few of our tours in South America and Central America we had to wait until nearly a month before anything opened up.
