Hoping some of you experts can guide me to the best Stave Church in the area. I understand that there are 28 remaining out of the 1000 or so that were built back in the 1100's, and I really want to see one if possible. Probably don't have time to wander too far afield, as we are limited to the day in port (we will be on the Rotterdam in a couple of weeks.) I appreciate your help. Thanks!!

What area? Which port(s) will you be in?

There's a very nice on at the Norwegian Folk Museum, which is located in Oslo very close to the Viking Ship Musum on the peninsula. We thought the Norwegian Folk Museum was a great addition to our day in port, but if you have a short port stop on the Constellation, you're going to miss Vigeland Park because you won't have time to do both. I think I recall that there is one in Skansen in Stockholm too, but I can't remember for sure. Hopefully one of the Swedish board members will see your post because I leave tomorrow and won't be back on the boards for three weeks.
Have a great trip,
Donna
