Are there safes??

Hi again, I was wondering if anyone could tell me if there are safes in a B cabin on the Statendam??:) Thank you bunches for your help:D

Yes. As far as I know there are safes in the cabins on the Statendam. I know that the Noordam does not have them, but I think that is the only ship in the HAL fleet without them.

Yes, all cabins on the Statendam have safes.

To use the safe on the Statendam you will need any type of card that has a magnetic strip, like an expired credit card, library card, gas card, etc. We always use either our library card or grocery store points card and keep our credit cards in the safe.

The Rotterdam safes use a key. Anyone know what you use on the Vista ships, particularly the Westerdam? I understand some of the safes have a code that you punch in with whatever number you want. Don't know if this is correct.

The Oosterdam uses the code safe, so I would think all Vista ships have them. They are the best. Nothing to carry around except in your head. :D

I personnally love the 4 digit code safes. That way everything get locked away.

For the safes that aren't coded, we use an expired AAA card. If something happens to it, we don't have to worry about replacing it.
