**(Questions...))**Zuiderdam-First-Time Solo/Singles Cruise(Dec1,2007)

I have JUST booked my very first singles cruise. I went on my very first cruise this past March (2007)..And I am nervously excited to do this.. I HAVE traveled on my own( to eventually meet up with friends/family ), but NEVER actually vacationed on my own!!!!!

I would like to know if anyone has been on a singles cruise and or if they've been on the HAL Zuiderdam recently and how they liked it??

I am flying out of L.I. and down to Ft.Lauderdale and then onto the ship.

any help/ and or suggestions are MOST welcome !!

I take two to three cruises a year.(Not always with HAL, looking for the best deal)
One of them I always go by myself for some "ME" time. I always have a great time by myself. I meet lots of great people on any cruise ship I'am on.
There is always something for you to do. Or you can just kick back and relax and read a good book. Although it seems like every time I cruise solo, I never finish my book. I'm busy doing things on the ship and the day goes really fast.

A cruise is what YOU make it to be. Go with an open mind. You will have a super time.
