We are arriving on a United flight. Where do we meet the HAL transfer agent? I'm hearing in International baggage claim. Where is that and it is far or hard to get to? I'm picturing lugging all that luggage from terminal to terminal. Thanks for any help.

First, let me start with a disclaimer: I have never met a HAL rep in Seattle.
I have met a HAL rep in many other airports, however. Each time there has been a rep at baggage claim for my terminal. They wear red blazers and carry a white clipboard with the HAL ship logo.
If you wear your Mariner pin, or put a HAL baggage tag on your carry-on they will also be looking for you.
More than once the HAL rep has approached me before I could find them! :)

They will be in the general baggage claim area. Look for the red blazer. They are easy to find. Or ask any of the cruise line reps where the HAL rep is and they will direct you. Its very easy.

You shouldn't have to go to the international terminal, since most passengers will be on domestic flights. There may be HAL reps in both terminal baggage areas.
I've always found them easy to find, and usually if my HAL tags on my bags, they find me.
Out of curiosity, who told you to go to the international terminal?

HAL customer service told me to meet the transfer in the international baggage claim (no int'l terminal- I might have mis-spoke previously).

When you said you may have to lug your baggage from terminal to terminal, I thought there was a domestic terminal and an international terminal.

There will be a HAL rep in the area where you gather your luggage from the carousel. The is a door with an exit #1 to the side. It's a short walk to the place where the Grayliners (HAL buses come in). If you are going to a HAL hotel the day before boarding there will also be a HAL rep in attendance. The buses either go to the downtown hotels or to the pier.
