For the North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea and the Gulf of Mexico
The tropical wave in the eastern Caribbean Sea continues to move westward at 20 to 25 m.p.h...accompanied by showers and gusty winds. However...upper-level winds do not appear to be favorable for development of this system over the next couple of days.
Elsewhere...tropical storm formation is not expected through Thursday.
