For The North Atlantic...Caribbean Sea And The Gulf Of Mexico...

The Tropical Wave In The Eastern Caribbean Sea south Of Puerto Rico
continues moving westward at 20 To 25 mph...accompanied by showers
and gusty winds. However...upper-level winds currently appear
unfavorable for development.

Elsewhere...tropical storm formation is not expected through
Wednesday.

I guess the season is finally starting. I think I heard that they were going to send in a plane today to see how strong it is and if it has developed further. I hope all of our cruisers stay dry.
