Ice Tea, Juice, Lemonade?

Does Journey provide free ice tea, juice and/or lemonade 24 hours a day?

In the Windows cafe (where the buffet meals are), there are machines with coffee/tea, lemonade, fruit punch, and ice tea. I think that there might be juice machines, too. So, whatever you can find there, you can get 24 hours a day, I believe.

We ordered ice tea in the dining room a few nights, and they delivered it to us, free of charge.

I really do not understand the buffet
The dining room available to all is a buffet? or is that lunch and breakfast?
Does that stay open all day?
Can we get ice water?

I haven't been on the Journey yet, but from reading prior postings, the Buffet is a separate eating area (Windows Cafe) from the Dining Room (Discoveries), on different decks. The Buffet is open for all 3 meals, and I believe the Dining Room is as well, though may be closed for lunch on some Port days. It looks like food is not necessarily available in the Buffet 24 hours a day. However, the beverage machines (including ice water, I'm sure) are available for dispensing drinks 24 hours.

Hopefully, you'll get a more thorough explanation from a passenger, but thought I'd provide you with some information in the meanwhile.

The dining room was only closed for lunch on one day... Tuesday. All other days, it was open for all three meals, if you chose. The buffet is Windows Cafe (and they change it to Breeza in the evening). There is food there, but only at set times... not 24 hours a way. Yet, the machines are always there for beverages.
