Hello Arlene,
I just posted over on the roll call board wondering where everyone is. I think others, like me, don't check those postings regularly. Let's hope you query on the HAL board will do the trick.
You probably know all about this, but there is a form I saw posted on the boards for a fax that tells Seattle's Ship Services Dept. about the group going on our cruise to arrange a meet & greet with some participation by the ship's staff. The email address to send the message to was: HAL_Ship_Services@hollandamerica.com. There is an _ between Hal and Ship and Services.
Hope more will see these messages and sign on.
