When I click Roll Call it does not take me to the roll call.......

It looks like two things have happened with your link.

The first is that the URL has got broken across two lines, and the HTML code for a "line break" has got inserted into that break. I suspect this has been done by the Enhanced Interface.

The other thing is that immediately after the URL, you only need one close square bracket. The [/url] or [/URL] code only comes after the text for the link.

Do you want to try that and see what happens?

Can't offer much immediate help with the dolphins - how far over to the right do you want them? If you want them in the middle of the line, I think that putting <center> immediately before the code for the picture and </center> immediately after it may do the job, but I'm mostly guessing on the basis of very sketchy knowledge about HTML. (Those codes will only work inside a signature, if at all.)

You need to get it back to this:-
