Recent cruisers . . . do the beds have feather or foam pillows? Hopefully feather pillows are provided so I don't have to bring my own! Thanks.

There are four down-filled pillows on your bed. They are all very nice, though we wished they could be somewhat larger and thicker! Thank you.

I'm allergic to feathers, especially duck down. Really allergic. Does anybody know if they have any synthetic pillows aboard for people like me? Or does another line get my money because of a pillow?

I have the same problem and had my TA contact Oceania and ask for synthetic pillows.....they confirmed that I will receive them....but I think you have to ask for them in advance of your sailing date.

Make sure you mention to your room steward/stewardess that you have a preference of pillows. On the cruise we were on we began the cruise with 4 pillows that worked well for us. I think we may have had 2 of each. The synthetic pillows seemed to provide a little more firmness than the feather.

A couple of days into the cruise we noticed our pillows changed for some reason. After asking our room stewardess about the change, she mentioned someone had requested all synthetic, so she swapped ours for theirs. We mentioned we preferred our original set, so she was able to accomodate and gave us back the pillows we started with.
