room verdena and unobstructed view. Leaving on July 14 sailing Does anyone know how soon I will hear about my room My Travel agent did said I may have to found out on the ship.

Keep peeking in on your online immigration form. The cabin number usually shows up there as soon as they assign it.

Have you been looking for your room on HAL's "Online check-in"? If not go to the HAL website, click on "for booked guests", then "online check-in".
Enter your booking number and name and click "continue". Your form should come up with your name and cabin number. If it still says GUAR, then your room has not been assigned. While you're there, fill in your check-in information and print your Express Pass and take it with you. You need one per each person traveling. If you don't have your booking number get if from your travel agent.

Your TA is right in saying that you might not find out until you reach the terminal to check in. Usually you'll know before then but since you're this close you might not. Of course, remember that a guaranteed cabin category is not an automatic upgrade....you may or may not get upgraded and could get exactly what you booked. That's the "gamble" of a guarantee.

If your Online CheckIn Forms are still saying GUAR 12 days out, I predict that you will probably get an upgrade.
