Yes, another Zuiderdam stateroom question

I know, I know. I said the last thread was also my last Zuiderdam stateroom question, but I lied. We're considering upgrading to the SS stateroom. There are two handicapped staterooms in the front of the Verandah deck (5001 and 5002). The deck layout shows the Verandah door on the side of the ship and either another door or a window facing the bow of the ship. Can people get to the deck in front of those rooms? If they can, how private is that room?
