I am looking for information on how people get off the boat at the different stops. We are taking the Mexican Riviera cruise which is scheduled to stop at Cabo San Lucas, Mazatlan and Puerto Vallarta. I need to know if a passenger in a wheel chair or a electric scooter can exit the boat at any or all of the stops. Thank you for the help.:)

Cabo San Lucas is a tender port. If you are able to walk down some steps and of course walk back up to them, the crew will load your wheel chair or scooter onto the tender for you.
Mazatlan - you will be docked - no problems getting off or on the ship.
Puerto Vallarta - even though there are now 3 docks there, you may still have to tender in depending on how many ships are scheduled to be there. If you are on the Oosterdam, she will be docked there.

Thank you so much for replying. The information was very helpful. Unfortunately I do not believe my husband would be able to go up and down the stairs but that would not stop us from enjoying the cruise.
Our adult children are planning on sailing with us, we have adjoining cabins, so this will be quality time together, as it should be. Any other information you wish to send will be appreciated.
Again thanks....

The Mexican Riviera is gorgeous. Don't give up on the opportunity to go ashore while you are there.
We observed people in wheel chairs and with electric scooters going ashore from the Westerdam and Zuiderdam at tender ports in the Caribbean. Although I didn't see any wheelchairs when we tendered from the Oosterdam to those stops in the Mexican Riviera I would imagine that this sister ship would also be able to make accommodations for them.

Unfortunately, depending on the other ships in port on any given day, the Oosterdam may still have to tender. (visible from our balcony). Carnival comes here year-round, so they have a priority lock. If any two of NCL, RCL or Princess are also here then Oosterdam is SOL. The other ships have more passengers who spend more money ashore!
The golden rule....he who has the gold rules. This occurs perhaps five to six times per season. Otherwise the "O" can dock.
PuerTo Vallarta...PuerTo Vallarta...good grief!
