Duet is Stuck in Seattle

Help! We just disembarked a few hours ago( more about the cruise later), and our flight out of SEA was Cancelled at the gate! We are staying at the Clarion near SEA, and need some advice. We are two adults and two teens (14 and 16). We spent several wonderful days before the cruise in Seattle enjoying the sights, etc.; but now we are here until the RED EYE leaves tomorrow night at 11:40 PM. Returning to Memphis at 10:30 AM...Yuk!:mad: So...what to do here at SEATAC without a car for about 30 hours? :confused:

I don't have any idea what sights you saw earlier, but if you missed anything in the city itself or want to revisit the waterfront for insistence, take a taxi in. Take the ferry over to Bainbridge, go to Pioneer Square if you missed it, have a seafood lunch at Anthony's and go to the Aquarium. Go to the Art Museum if you missed it or the Zoo. Or rent a car and go to Mt. Rainier. If you want to get up early go to the San Juans for the day; a great trip. I sure wouldn't stay at Seatac or the Clarion. Have fun with your extra day. :)

I would rent a car tomorrow morning and go see something I had missed on the pre-cruise days. Been to Mt St Helens yet? Or drive up Ranier? Or down to the Columbia River? Or out along the Olympic peninsula?

Rent a car and drive down towards Tacoma and up the Olympic Peninsula. A gorgeous drive! How about heading towards Lake Washington? Or how about heading over to Boeing and see if you can take a tour of the plant?

If your family is interested in airplanes, the Museum of Flight is a great place to spend a few hours.
