I'm watching the "Anyone Dieting for the March 8 2008 Sailing" board. http://boards.cruisecritic.com/showthread.php?t=555536

I'm ok, but I've been very busy here. I have to give a speech tonight at a memorial for my fallen Soldier. That will be tough, but I hope it helps to bring my troops closure. Then, I can get ready for my R&R. I leave on Sunday for 2 weeks in the States with my family. I'll be back around 3-5 August.

I'll keep posting on the "March 8 2008" thread. I'm sure I'll have lots of weight to lose after pigging out on my leave. I don't intend to stay on my diet while on leave.

Thanks Kevin, I was just checking and I hope things go well for your speach....not something anyone wants to do.
Have a good time on your R&R and by all means eat whatever makes you happy!
Also, thanks again for your dedicated service to the most wonderful country in the world. Sometimes this country doesn't act like it, but we do appreciate all who serve.
I will keep you and your family in my prayers.
