No, I didn't get them yet. But he did say HAL has printed them up as of last Monday. Hopefully my TA will get them this week and pass them on to me soon.

You are a brave woman. My last cruiseline air was a bad experience (on RCL).

Sean - I'll keep you posted. I knew I was taking a chance but it was a good deal ($401). I am determined, regardless, not to let it put a damper on my trip :). I am currently frustrated because HAL says my internet only agency has my flight info, IA, says they do not......

I am noticing the auto replys are still hit and miss. I know you were directing the ? to Sean, but I don't recall seeing the post you are referring to. I am so anxious to hear your impressions of HAL vs Celebrity. My Celebrity cruise isn't until next April. If I weren't leaving on Sept 17 and cruising on Sept 19, I would have booked the Z, same sailing as you.
I would love to, at some point, get a bunch of solo CC'ers on the same cruise.
I think that would be so fun. I do sometimes cruise with family and friends, but DO love solo cruising. There is a 10 day Southern Caribbean/Panama Canal on the Rotterdam in Jan/Feb I would love to take, but just can't justify it for 2005...definitely 2006!!

Sorry Sean, I was away for part of the weekend and left my notes at work. The group was called The Champagne Strings. They mostly played in the Explorers Lounge. I thought they were pretty good, but there was a young man who played the piano in the evenings in the Crow's Nest and he was really wonderful so I remember more about him.

When is your Veendam trip? I wish that I was going again soon, but it looks like my next cruise will not be until next July.

Sean - I got access to my flight info yesterday, and it was the exact flight I was looking at booking on my own, for almost $200 more. I am a happy camper. I get in to Vancover around noon. I don't leave Anchorage until 8:50pm but I am looking at it positively and going to take a post tour.

You know, I thought you were sailing Aug 29... I am confused, obviously :).
I leave Sept 19 on the Mariner of the Seas.

Hi everyone...I'm back...sorry for not replying to questions sooner...DH had some medical problems and I've been up to my ears at work....Hope this isn't too late...the Champagne Strings played in the Explorer's Lounge on Veendam....Andres Soares trio was in Ocean Bar...Fritzie was in Piano Bar...and Mandy and the Teddy Bears played Crow's Nest. Oh you lucky people who still get to go on your cruises!!!! If I could I'd do it all again tomorrow! But our next cruise isn't until next year!
