View Full Version : Error message getting to Immigration Form

I'm trying to log into the Immigration Form to check on my cabin #, and where it once let me in to fill out and print the forms, now it's giving me "We are unable to access your information at this time. Please try again later." It's been like this the whole weekend, at minimum. Anybody ever experience this and/or are seeing the same message now?

Nikki - Try again, I was just there, and no problems. You can also go to book shore excursions and see if your room number pops up. When are you sailing??

I'm pretty sure it's something to do with my particular reservation...hmm, I don't quite know what to make of this. I did pick a cabin but was checking for an upgrade that I asked about. Slim chance, but haven't received my docs yet...maybe they're updatng my room # :) :D One can always hope...

My chosen room # works for logging in for shore excursions. It's just strange that I can't access it.

I didn't pull up my immigration form this weekend ... but I did purchase some shore excursions and it all worked fine.

I booked a shore excursion also, with my chosen cabin, and it worked fine. Everyone else seems to be able to get into their Immigration forms, so I'm sure it's something with my info. I know firsthand both HAL and CVC have my reservation in their system, but it's still giving me the same message. Oh well, just have to wait for my docs, if they ever get here...

double check your booking number, I was having the same problem and found out it was my booking number I had transposed the last 2 numbers, when I corrected it, it went right thru :)
