Free Bar on Oceana

I am wondering if the mini-bar is free in the top suites on Oceana. Also, does anyone know if they offer shoe shine service? Thanks for your help!

nothing on this ship is free, especially drinks.

It is not true that nothing is free on these ships..you get free ice cream..(not on Princess) free cappuchino and expresso and the alternate dining rooms are no charge, also there is shoe shines in the upper cabins..and Im sure I can think of much more..
