Western Caribbean excursions

Hi, all - I just signed up hubby and me for several shore excursions during the 9/11 Western Caribbean cruise. These include a submarine ride in Grand Cayman, tropical jeep safari tour in Cozumel, and the nature walk/kayak on Castaway Cay. Has anyone done these excursions before and have any recommendations? Tips like what to expect, what to wear, what to bring, etc., would be very useful.

Submarine ride is going to be similar to what we did in St. Thomas. If you are taking pictures, try and take them out the window on the opposite side from you. They will come out much better, if you take them out your window you will only really see a bluish green picture. You will have a great time.
