Is there a site that shows taken cabins on ships. It seems that I had seen a site that had deck plans of a ship with the already purchased cabins marked off?

:)
Tavelocity will show most of the cabins that have been booked. But we know from experience that there is a distinct time lag between when someone books and when the site is updated. Tavelocity depends on information that they get from the cruise line itself.
Also one time when we were booking a cruise, we went to their site to see which suites were still available. Their site showed only a couple of suites open. But when we had our TA call HAL there were other suites not listed on travelocity open.
HAL doesn't always give the internet cites all cabins that are available. They keep so many for themselves.

Travelocity does not show which cabins are booked. They only show SOME, not all, cabins that are available for sale. They get this information directly from the cruiseline. The cruiseline provides a certain # of available cabins to whoever accesses their site. For the record, there is NO website that shows you either ALL the cabins that are available or sold. You must speak to the cruiseline to get that information. Don't be fooled by what people assume from looking at online websites.
