YEAH!!! Docs came for our B2B on the Ryndam!
We have been on the Ryndam several times(GREAT ship!) but this will be our first time ever to Alaska. We are SO excited! I love taking photos & go through at least a roll a day in the Caribbean...but from what I've heard & seen from the others that share their Alaska photos, I'll need a whole suitcase full of film along with my laptop & digital camera!
We are doing the same cruise as Localady & she has been such a big help (THANKS, Localady!!) on this and the Alaska bb. We are starting to nail down which excursions we are going to do..there are so many good ones!
Still a little nervous about fitting 'layers' of clothes in my luggage...
Getting the docs is SO exciting..raises the excitment a few more levels!....rocks

Wooo hoooooo rocks I am counting down with you! Please say hello to Agus for us. What room are you in the first week, we were in Suite 212, with Suaji as ourroom steward. Both of them are outstanding!!!! I am going the document dance with you!!!! :D I have no doubt you will love the Ryndam this time too, they seem to go "that extra distance" for their passengers!!!!

Localady,
How did the switch of cabins work? How long did it take you? We have a 'B' guarantee, which hasn't been assigned yet & A51 the 2nd wk. I'll be sure to give Agus your regards!
Also, did the Crows Nest have a band or did a DJ to spin tunes? Hubby & I LOVE to dance.
Thanks again for all the info.!

:)

We had to change cabins a couple of times when we did back-to-backs due to booking the cruises late.

The room stewards were great. We left our clothes hanging and our first room steward came with a clothes rack and moved everything to the next room. Everything else we just put into the suitcases. The steward in the new cabin had already been told that we were on the ship and moving from another room. So he came and helped move the suitcases. We didn't move anything ourselves except our carry-ons and a few other small items. It took less than 15 minutes to go from one cabin to the other and get all set up again.

:)
