View Full Version : Why no Private Messaging?

PMs are such a useful tool when you want to alert someone on the board to a certain bit of information that owuld be helpful to one, but not to all, or to ask questions of a single person. Why is this function disabled? I'd sure love to have it reinstalled, if any moderators are listening.:)

Yes, this version of the software they are using does include PMs, and I have no clue why they haven't turned it on. Although, I must say PMs have as many negatives as positive, still it would be nice as an option to communicate with a single person.

It would also take some special attachments for your computer. :D

I think with PM they will have less control of TA advertisements. That's what they are trying to limit now.

I have honestly NEVER received a PM from a TA on any travel sites I check in on that tried to offer me a great deal.
