No, unfortunately none of the Vista Class ships do (Zuiderdam, Oosterdam, Westerdam, Noordam). There is laundry/dry cleaning/pressing service available for a fee. My recent cruise on the Noordam had a special going on "laundry by the bag" for $12 per bag. (You will find laundry bags/forms in your cabin). Also available was unlimited laundry for $45 for the entire 7-day cruise, and unlimited pressing service for the 7-day cruise for $30.

If you are in the Penthouse Suites or the Deluxe Verandah Suites (categories PH, SA, SB, and SC) laundry/dry cleaning/pressing is offered at no extra charge.

When you check in at the pier, you will be given a folder. Inside it will be some information including the price of laundry for the cruise and the price per bag.

For a 7 day cruise you will probably only need to do one bag ($12) of laundry and, I'd advise, the unlimited pressing ($30) that takes care of all the clothing you bring aboard (send all your shirts, etc. out ASAP when boarding plus use the service daily to spruce up lightly used formal wear, slacks, etc). Total cost = $42! Less than the cost of one standard HAL cocktail per day really.
Remember: YOUR ON VACATION, NO? Leave the 'laundry chores' for home and spend the hours you'd be doing laundry (if aboard a HAL ship that has the facilites) enjoying yourself (napping, reading and sitting by the Lido pool comes to mind).
