You can't leave your car at a Disney Resort when you aren't a registered guest there...which once you leave for the cruise you won't be. The cost of parking at Port Canaveral is lower than the cost of two people taking the DCL shuttle r/t.

The cost for DCL transportation from aiport to resort to port and then back to the aiport is $69/person, I think. It costs $10/day to park a car at the port. If you're driving your own car, the cheapest bet is probably to park at the port. If you're renting a car, Avis, Budget, and Hertz all have offices near the port where you can drop the car off. You can then purchase one-way transfers from the port back to the airport for $25/person.
