I just wanted to let everyone know what a great response and service I have received from Amanda Fritz the Westerdam Events Coordinator.

I had requested a room and refreshments for a CC meet and greet for the first at sea day on our October 5th Westerdam transatlantic from Rome to Ft. Lauderdale.
Within 3 hours I received an initial response. Within 24 hours i had confirmation and answer to all my requests.
Ms. Fritz asked for a numbers update which I just sent.
At this time I also asked for a small space in the Crow"s Nest for Sail Away for 40 people. My request was granted and confirmed within 24 hours.

I just wanted everyone to know that someone in Seattle is customer oriented and on target. Ms Fritz also gave me an on board contact person and printed documentation for both events.

This may not seem like a big deal but I wanted to post some positives about HAL's Seattle office.

That is good news and nice to hear. We do seem to spend a lot of time on the negatives don't we?

This is good news....we will see you there. Thanks to the Westerdam Coordinator, it nice to find someone those takes the extra steps to provide such SUPER SERVICE!!

I got the same excellent service for the Ryndam last March. I was amazed how easily HAL made things fall together for us. To top it off, everything was exactly as promised.

Good for HAL!

Apparently this is one area of the Seattle office that functions at a high level.
My trip itinerary on the HAL website is incorrect and I'm sort of frustrated with the HAL website in general.
