Viewing cruise info online

I booked a HAL cruise a few days ago with an online discount agency. I have the confirmation number, and I received a "thank you for booking your cruise" e-mail from HAL. However, logging onto HAL doesn't bring up my reservation, and I can't find a place on HAL's site to do so via the reservation number. Any suggestions?

Do you have the agency's confirmation number or HAL's booking number (6 alphanumeric characters, usually starting with 7 or 8) If the latter, have you gone to GUESTS (http://www.hollandamerica.com/guests/guests.do) and filled in you OnLine Check-In (Immigration) forms? That should show your cabin number (unless a guarantee) and your departing flight info if you booked air with HAL. I don't know of any place that shows other options, like dinner seating, etc.

BTW, that "View Your Bookings" link on the "For Booked Guests" page only works for people who booked on-line directly with HAL, and the link for "Viewing Your Air Intineraries" requires a different number, from Galileo.

Unless you booked with HAL the reservation dose not comme up under bookings.. Try going to online imigration filling. Then put in the information and you should see you room and any cruise info.
