Has anyone seen any promos for the Rotterdam to the Baltics next July? And/or has anyone taken HAL on a Baltic cruise? I am considering the Star Princess or the Rotterdam.
Celebrity would be cheaper but it does not do all 4 Scandinavian countries on any one cruise, that I found.
