First Formal Night on Zuiderdam E. Caribbean?

Anybody know which night is the first formal night on the Zuiderdam's Eastern Caribbean itinerary? Is it the 2nd night, Sunday, on Half Moon Cay Day or the 3rd night (Monday) on Day at Sea?

In my experience, the first formal night is usually held on the first day at sea. There may be exceptions to that rule, but that is what we have usually seen.

We were thinking that it was usually the first day at sea but usually by the 2nd night. Just found a Zuiderdam review, though, where first formal night was on Half Moon Cay day. So, guess that's our answer.
