Ziggy-
It looks like you are leaving in less than 7-days... I hope you have a good time. We found it to be very hot last year on the Zuiderdam - we are from Colorado - not as much humidity here, but also not the heat! We will never sail the Caribbean in the summer again, though we got a great deal- it just wasn't worth it for us.
Like I said, hope you love the Zui - most on our cruise did... let us know! Take an umbrella - it does rain in Cozumel! :)
Most of all, have a great cruise!

I don't recall all the different dining hours, but there seemed to be something available at all times. The selection is greater of course during the peak meal times.
During June, the weather was in the mid to upper 80's, but it felt very warm due to the high humidity. It wasn't any worse than other places in the summer that I have traveled (Florida, Texas, Hawaii, New York). If you are bothered by humidity, you may find it too warm. The water, however, is delightful and will quickly make you forget the humid conditions! We didn't have more than a couple drops of rain (in Key West).
The seas were very calm and there was only a little motion on the boat during the longer stretches at sea.

We had a lot of rain in Cozumel last summer. We went to a resort where we got to spend the day and it was very nice. My daughter bought a ukalaylee (sp?) from a local merchant that was hand-painted, she loves it - and still plays it today.
We really liked spending time in the resort - no street vendors and the resort has nice facilities.

Dining hours are pubished in the daily program each day. Sometimes breakfast in the dining room varies depending on the port times. Just check the daily program that is delivered to your cabin each night.
Have a nice cruise.:)

:)
Continental breakfast usually begins around 6:30 - 7 AM - depends on port schedule. Full breakfast buffet begins a half hour later.
Buffet lunch usually starts around 11:30 and goes to 2. Again, varies with ports. Lunch in the main dining usually begins at 12 and ends at 1:30. There can also be a day or 2 when it is closed.
Hamburgers, hot dags, can be gotten from 11:30 - 5 everyday at the grill by the Lido pool area. Pizza is also available till 5. A lot of dessets are left out all day. Ice cream till 5, closes for a while and usually opens again the evening for a while.
The daily program does list everything for every day.
