Help w/Sint Maarten (Philipsburg) JEWELRY

We will be on the Westerdam when she stops at Philipsburg on Nov. 26th.

If anyone going there this summer or early fall (We leave home on Nov. 6)happens to notice any gold BIG CAT jewelry (tiger, lion, panther ... not, little kitty cat) in one of the jewelry stores (such as earrings, pendants, necklaces, bracelets), would you please make note of the store's name and email me at RDMOREU@AOL.COM upon your return? Try Shivas....on Philipsburg downtown. They have some large gold pieces.

Why don't you email ship's services at HAL and ask them for their list of approved jewelers in St. Maarten. Then you can email each of the companies and ask if they have big cat jewelry in gold. They might even be willing to order in some pieces for your approval.

Agree w/ SSS. Also, their sister store across the street -- Trident. They are run by the same family. I have purchased jewelry from this family at least ten times, and have been very pleased by both the mercandise and service. "Jay" is the manager of both stores.

They are a very large family and have stores all over the Caribbean. There is a Trident in St. Thomas and Aruba. Also a Shivas in Aruba....
