Question from the wife: Has anyone here ever tried a fruit appetizer on HAL called "Apple Foam Cassis"? (I think that's how you spell it) Does anyone happen to have the recipe handy?:)

I've had it and also loved it... I will check my HAL cookbooks, it might be listed there. If I find it, I'll email you John.

I also have an old Rudy Solamin cookbook from his Cunard days... I'll check that one for you. :)
