On our last cruise the staff went above and beyond the call of duty by a long shot to be sure my mother had a wonderful time regardless of her handicap. I told the officers of the ship but would like to go higher with this story of praise.
Does someone have an email address for an important executive of the cruise line?

That's very good to hear. I'm glad you and your mother were treated so well, and it's wonderful of you to reciprocate by commending the crew. I don't have an email address to give you (I'm sure someone else will chime in), but I would like to suggest that an old-fashioned letter might have even more impact. If you want to go straight to the top, here's a possible addressee:

Just FYI....
HAL no longer owns Windstar Cruises. Majestic America bought it some months ago.
It is very kind of you to write letters of appreciation about staff/crew. It really makes a difference for them when people do this.
Happy your Mom was so happy on her cruise.
