Help finding Livorno driver

I need help. I booked a driver for Livorno/Florence Aug. 13. I am currently on board Insignia, and they changed the dates for Rome and Florence. I need to contact the driver, and I left all contact info at home. Brain dead.

The contact person was Lina, but I cannot remember the company or email. Does anyone know the company/email so I can change the dates?
