HAL online

Has anyone had any problem today and yesterday filling out their online imm. form? It says to contact tech support. Part of it let me fill it out and part didn't...so I can't complete it to print it out.

I just went in and "edited" okay. What part are you having trouble with?

I need to edit and when I get everything filled out and submit it says to contact teck support.

I was on yesterday and didn't have any problem with the immigration form. (I was surprised!)

I entered our information yesterday and it worked fine. Maybe system had a time-out?

Is it possible that if your within XX amount of days from sailing they don't allow online changes and you have to call?:confused:

Thanks all, I called HAL and found that they had put the wrong mariner number on the name and it would not let me fill the form out. They filled it out over the phone for me and all I had to do was print...so we are ready and set.

I had the same problem. When I called to find out what was the problem was, I was using Firefox. When I used explorer, it worked fine. The rep. also told me he had had several calls about the same problem.
