Saw this favorable review of the Oosterdam's kitchen and staff in our local paper. "Ship's Ahoy / Cleanliness, organization, attention to detail keep a cruise ship's food service afloat".
........pictures too!
We get to see for ourselves in a few weeks. Yahooooooo......!

Just checked the link and I guess you have to get the "hard copy" for the pictures. Sorry for the "tease". One picture is a group of kitchen staff in the galley appearing like a bunch of "wild and crazy" guys who "turn to" (Navy talk) when the griddle's hot.

Our CC group got to take a kitchen tour of the Oosterdam (thanks Becky!) in March and I can tell you - it was spotless (and very cold, lol!) We really enjoyed seeing things "behind the scenes" and the kitchen staff were awesome.
Gotta love those guys who work back there. :)
